Safier, President. Founder of Quantum Films software, Emil Safier is a Ph.D. in theoretical physics and a graduate of the American Film Institute Center for Advanced Film Studies. Quantum Films became a software company when he began to design programs to get budgeting and scheduling done on a computer. His early pioneering work in designing film production software has been recognized by a Technical Academy Award (1994). He is the chief software architect and project manager for Quantum Films designs. |

Warren, Operations . Has been involved with Quantum Films Software for over five years as head of all company operations, including medical industry project development. She was instrumental in the design of MEDREFTM Systems, a stand alone application which is currently being migrated to the internet.. |
